As the Business Administration, Contracts and Human Resources Manager, Becki provides back-end office support for customers and employees alike.  Becki keeps well-organized files and records of business-critical documents, data, and reports.  This includes contractual documentation, employee records, and insurance information.

Becki also is responsible for preparing, negotiating, and recording business contracts on behalf of NOMADICS working with the executive leadership. Becki monitors contractual terms/obligations, alerting parties to renewals or extensions and tracking all communications between NOMADICS, business partners, and customers.  Becki is NOMADICS entire human resources department. From employee relations, to payroll, to compliance issues, Becki helps ensure that an NOMADICS runs smoothly in accordance with company policy and with local, state and federal regulations.  Becki also manages the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees. She ensures job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. She develops training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.  She creates a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research, pay surveys and executive guidance, and keeps the strategy up to date.
